The practice’s design vision
Wallis Dermatology is located in far East Texas in Longview. The practice serves thousands of patients every year, seeing dozens in person each day. Needless to say, any furniture going into the space must be easily cleanable and offer lifetime durability — without compromising on a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients and guests.
Becky Swearingen with Swearingen Interior Design worked with the Cronan team on projects in the past and recommended our team for the project. The wide variety of commercial furniture manufacturers we represent made it easy for her team to find the right solution on past projects.
The practice and designers were looking for high-quality healthcare furniture solutions — and they wanted to see them in person.
The Wallis Dermatology team and the designer firm came to the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex to see several brands in person, including Stance Healthcare and the products in the Cronan DFW showroom.
The project’s unique solution
Though their visit was planned for healthcare furniture — the Wallis team also found a variety of office furniture they needed for their office space within the dermatology practice. They landed on the decision to pair a few design solutions from different manufacturers through the Cronan group’s lines. Choosing their solutions in person allowed them to personally match their healthcare furniture finishes with the office accessory and workstation finishes. The Cronan organization’s wide variety of manufacturing lines allowed the design team to specify multiple brands and provide a unique combination of creative solutions on one project.
